Kuibyshevo

 

an urban-type settlement and the administrative center of Rishtanskii Raion, Fergana Oblast, Uzbek SSR. It is situated on the Kokand-Fergana highway, 12 km from the Furkat railroad station. Population, 13,000 (1970). There is a ceramics plant, and petroleum and natural gas are extracted.


Kuibyshevo

 

an urban-type settlement and the administrative center of Kuibyshevo Raion, Zaporozh’e Oblast, Ukrainian SSR. It is situated on the Kamenka River (Dnieper basin), 5 km from the Tsarekonstantinovka railroad junction (with lines to Zaporozh’e, Volnovakha, and Verkhnii Tokmak). Major indus-tries include the Elektropribor Plant, a creamery, and a brickyard. There is a museum of history and local lore.


Kuibyshevo

 

an urban-type settlement in Bakhchisarai Raion, Crimean Oblast, Ukrainian SSR. It is situated in the Bel’bek River Valley, on the SimferopoP-Yalta highway, 20 km south of Bakhchisarai and 12 km from the Siren’ railroad station (on the SimferopoP-SevastopoP line). The settlement has indus-trial enterprises of local importance.
