LEED Steering Committee, added that earning certifications require an arduous verification process.
As background, the Supply Chain Optimization Working Group was unanimously approved by USGBC's
LEED Steering Committee (LSC).
The USGBC

Green Building Council Board of Directors announced that it has directed its
LEED Steering Committee to address two proposed changes to LEED's wood and bio-based materials credits recommended in a white paper prepared for and accepted by USGBC's Board.
