LEED-NC

LEED for New Construction. One of the six LEED Green Building Rating Systems. It focuses on the design and construction process for new construction and major reconstruction of buildings. It is designed to guide and distinguish high-performance commercial and institutional projects.

The Current, a 17-story high-rise rental tower developed by Anderson Pacific LLC, Ledcor Properties and QUALICO, and managed by Alliance Residential Company, makes its mark as the first residential building in Long Beach, Calif., to be awarded LEED-NC Silver Certification, as well as the first project to achieve LEED-ND Gold in the city.
