Location:Off US 21, 15 miles west of Lancaster.

Special Features:Landsford Canal, the best preserved of numerous 19th-century South Carolina river canals, is the uppermost of four canals built on the Catawba-Wateree river system between 1820 and 1835. The park includes the historic ruins of canal culverts, stone bridges, locks, a mill site, and a lockkeeper's house that contains interpretive exhibits on South Carolina's canal system.
