Location:28 miles northwest of Santa Monica on Highway 1 (Pacific Coast Highway).
Facilities:135 developed family campsites (some @di sites), group campground, showers, restrooms, picnic areas (é), hiking trails, supplies, visitor center, displays.
Activities:Camping, fishing, swimming, surfing, windsurfing, scuba diving, beachcombing, hiking, interpretive programs.
Special Features:Park includes 1.5 miles of beach, with tide pools, coastal caves, and offshore reefs. It is named after Leo Carrillo (1880-1961), actor, preservationist, and conservationist best known for his portrayal of Pancho, the Cisco Kid's sidekick, in an early 1950s TV series.
