Mac pinwheel
The "busy" pointer on a Mac computer, which keeps spinning until an operation is completed. Sometimes the pinwheel never stops spinning because the software is in an endless loop. The pinwheel is not welcomed. In such cases either the program has to be ended by force or the computer must be rebooted. See force quit and hourglass. |
