On electrostatic analogy of magnetostatic field in inhomogeneous magnetized medium.
Since a ferrite's permeability tensor depends upon the externally applied static magnetic bias field, a facility is provided that allows a link between precomputed magnetostatic fields and the values of the permeability tensor employed in the high frequency solution process.
The goal of the work is use of electrostatic analogy for testing the algorithm for the numerical solution of the integral equation for the surface density of fictitious magnetic charges at the interfaces of homogeneous regions of a piecewise homogeneous magnetized medium in the case of a plane meridian magnetostatic field.
An application of boundary element methods for three-dimensional transmission problems in electro--and magnetostatic field problems is discussed e.g in [2,6, 14].
For the magnetostatic field, Maxwell also begins, as mentioned above in Section 2.2, with Coulomb's experimental result showing that if the poles (magnetic charges) of a magnet could be separated they would obey an inverse square law similar to that of electric charges [1, Arts.
As an alternative for the homogeneous magnetostatic field synthesis, this paper proposes a simple semi-analytical method for designing coil-systems.
In some books and articles, the authors describe the magnetostatic field of magnetized bodies with the help of the scalar potential [[phi].sub.m] which corresponds to the dipole model, and the magnetization [??] is used in the formulas for determining [[phi].sub.m].
