"You can pick the tops for pea shoots and use the
mangetout, but any that you miss will turn into peas."

Once they are cooked, I fish them out and add my broccoli and, 3 mins later, the
mangetout and peas.

mangetout or sugar snap peas and cumin seeds and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Continue to sow parsnips, beetroot, kohlrabi, peas,
mangetout and spinach outside, if soil conditions are suitable.
Great served with jasmine rice and sauteed sliced
mangetout.
