Matrix protocol
An open protocol for instant messaging from The Matrix.org Foundation. Founded in 2014, Matrix is a decentralized protocol, which means if any party in a multiuser session loses communications, all remaining parties keep running. Support for messaging, end-to-end encryption, VoIP and bridges are provided, the latter enabling a connection to be built for any messaging system. For more information, visit www.matrix.org.
