May 11, 2020.
To qualify as a regular voter, an applicant must be a Filipino citizen who is not yet a registered voter, who will be at least 18 years of age, and residing in the barangay for at least six months on or before election day on
May 11, 2020.
Qualified to register as regular voters are those who will be at least 15 years of age on
May 11, 2020, and residing in the barangay for at least six months on or before Election Day.
"All LGUs in provinces, cities, municipalities and barangays are ordered to open their daycare centers during the registration period and on
May 11, 2020, or the barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections,"the Comelec said in its Resolution 10581.
