Military Secrets

 

The practice of keeping information of a military nature that is important to the state.

(2) Information of a military nature given special protection by the state. The legal regulation of military secrets is determined by general rules established to safeguard state secrets and by special norms of military legislation.

AN American CIA officer has been jailed for 20 years for selling military secrets to the Chinese.
The couple had obtained NATO and EU political and military secrets, focused especially on the relationship between NATO and the EU with eastern European and central Asian countries.
