Monomashichi
(Monomakhovichi), the name of a 12th-and 13th-century line of Russian princes descended from the grand prince of Kiev, Vladimir Vsevolodovich Monomakh. Among the Monomashichi were princes of Volynia, Galicia, Smolensk, and Vladimir-Suzdal’.
