Location:North of Wasilla (and a 90-minute drive north of Anchorage), on Nancy Lake Parkway, off Parks Highway at milepost 67.2.
Facilities:98 campsites, several rustic cabins, picnic sites and shelter at campground area, toilets, drinking water (campground area), boat launch (small boats), ranger station, canoe trails.
Activities:Camping, fishing, ice fishing, canoeing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, dog sledding.
Special Features:Area is one of the few flat, lake-studded landscapes in Alaska preserved for recreation purposes. The clear waters are ringed with unspoiled forests, and the area features a well-developed canoe trail system.
