Neichiang

Neichiang

 

a city in China, located in Szechwan Province, on the T’o Chiang. Population, 220,000 (1957). Neichiang is a major railroad junction, with connections to Chungking, Ch’engtu, Ipin, and K’unming. It is also an important commercial center. Sugar and agricultural machinery are produced in Neichiang.
