Facilities:205 modern campsites (all with electricity, 3 @di), 4 cabins (é), picnic shelters, picnic areas, comfort stations, boat ramps, marina, restaurant, amphitheater, playground, archery range, 9-hole disc golf course, hiking trail, swimming beach, fish cleaning station..
Activities:Camping, boating, fishing, bird watching, disc golf, hiking, biking, target shooting, cross-country skiing.
Special Features:Engineers began building Oahe Dam in 1948 and started generating electricity in 1962. It is one of the largest constructed reservoirs in the United States, measuring 231 miles and connecting the capital cities of South and North Dakota.
