Odessey protractor

A device used in plotting shoran, EPI (electronic position indicator), and Raydist positions; it consists of a transparent plate on which closely spaced concentric circles are drawn; these circles represent distances from the center in terms of miles, microseconds, or lanes, constructed to fit the electronic system in use and the scale at which the survey is to be plotted.
