A club statement said:"Following our much talked about appeal for people not to feed the seagulls at
Palmerston, we would like to thank those who attended our game against Dunfermline for their co-operation.
"It is very disheartening for everyone as many people gave up their time on Sunday June 30 to come in to help with the
Palmerston tidy-up, which involved the cleaning of seats.
"As a precaution, children in specific year groups at Victoria Primary School in Penarth and
Palmerston Primary School in Barry have been offered vaccination against Hepatitis A.
"At that time, to be two down after six minutes away at
Palmerston, would you have thought we would win the game?
