Pentium 4 Processor Extreme Edition
Pentium 4 Processor Extreme Edition
An Intel brand for Pentium 4 chips that run at the highest clock rates and may include a third level cache (L3 cache). All chips include Hyper-Threading, and at least one model is a 64-bit CPU (see Intel 64). The Extreme Edition brand was introduced in 2003 and was extended to Intel's dual core models, but the "4" was dropped to differentiate them from the single-core chips (see Pentium Processor Extreme Edition).Copyright © 1981-2025 by The Computer Language Company Inc.
