A set of utilities from Microsoft that enhance the Windows operating system for the power user. Introduced with Windows 95, PowerToys provide shortcuts for executing functions and various options. Now that more users have adopted flat screens, Microsoft has improved the utility and renamed it ClearType Tuner
Powertoy.
