Pronchishchev Coast
the eastern coast of Taimyr Peninsula, bounded in the north by Faddei Gulf and in the south by the beginning of Khatanga Gulf. The coast is approximately 380 km long. The terrain is arctic tundra. The coast was named in honor of V. V. Pronchishchev in 1913 by an expedition of B. A. Vil’kitskii.
