Location:On the northeast edge of the city of Prophetstown, along the south bank of the Rock River, in Whiteside County.
Facilities:Tent and trailer campsites with some electrical outlets and a shower building with flush toilets, picnic area (with privy toilets), shelter, playground, horseshoe courts, boat ramp, nature trail.
Activities:Camping, boating, fishing, hiking, hunting.
Special Features:Park derives its name from the prophet Wa-bo-kie-shiek (White Cloud), a Native American of mixed Winnebago and Sauk descent who served as an advisor to the great Sauk war chief Black Hawk.
