Activities:Picnicking, hiking (in adjacent forest reserve).
Special Features:Scenic wayside lies in a forested area on a cinder cone close to downtown Honolulu, with sweeping views of southern Oahu from Diamond Head to Pearl Harbor, including Honolulu and Manoa Valley. It is the trailhead for Ualakaa Loop Trail (1-mile loop).
