Location:Stretches for four miles from 72nd to 158th streets.
Facilities:Waterfront marina (110 slips), paths, gardens, theater, historic
monuments (including General Grant National Memorial; see separate
entry in national parks section), bird sanctuary, viewing pavilion,
athletic fields and courts, playgrounds.

basketball, handball, soccer, softball, volleyball, sledding, chess.
Special Features:A walking and bicycling path, Riverside Walk, runs the full length of Riverside Park waterfront and is the longest section of a planned path encircling Manhattan. It also serves as a link on the Washington DC- Boston and Hudson River greenways. Each summer, the park hosts the Riverside Arts Festival, featuring music, jazz, dance, and art exhibits from around the world.
