Robert Frost Farm Historic Site
Location:On Route 28, south of Derry.
Facilities:Historic home, displays, trail, children's garden, visitor center.
Activities:Guided tours, video presentations, poetry readings, picnicking.
Special Features:Site was the home of poet Robert Frost and his family from 1900 to
1911. The structure is a simple, two-story white clapboard house,
typical of New England in the 1880s. The farmhouse and barn are open to
the public week-ends from Memorial Day to Labor Day; grounds are open
year round.
