He said that he was upset about the way the Solicitor-General's office was being treated by the government in the case involving the 2G scam.

'AG will be on leave and his place in the Pardons Board will be taken over by the Solicitor-General, who can execute the role of an AG,' he said.
Tang, former assistant solicitor-general, was appointed as Sandiganbayan Associate Justice only last year.
