spotted redshank which have provided great views to visitors.
I found my first ever
Spotted Redshank in a small irrigation pool above which hawked Whiskered Terns in newly acquired breeding finery.
Emiquon Refuge in Fulton offered Hudsonian godwit,
spotted redshank, Sabine's gull and western grebe.

Spotted Redshank and Ruff are at Foryd Bay, and an Osprey fished there on Monday morning.
Talking of spotting, we have also had a
spotted redshank, in summer this bird is black with white spots and red legs but again can be tricky to find among the other redshanks in dull winter plumage.
