Those technologies using durable, low-maintenance, recyclable, and economical materials and technologies, including using abundant, local elements involving little or no transportation costs. Facilities that can be dismantled and reused or recycled at the end, or can be salvaged, refurbished, renovated, repaired, or generally improved in appearance, performance, quality, functionality, or value.
