Location:1 mile north of Schroeder on Highway 61.
Facilities:54 drive-in campsites (18 with electrical hookups), 3 cart-in campsites, showers (é), flush toilets (é), picnic area, hiking trails (22 miles), self-guided trail (0.5 miles), ski trails (12 miles), snowmobile trails (8 miles), hand launch boat ramp, gift shop.
Activities:Camping, lake and river fishing, boating, hiking, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, rock climbing.
Special Features:Park includes the narrow Temperance River gorge with its many waterfalls. The trailhead for Superior Hiking Trail and North Shore Corridor Trail is located in the park.
