Teofedrin

 

(theophedrine), a medicinal preparation; compound tablets containing 0.05 g each of theophylline, theobromine, and caffeine, 0.2 g each of aminophenazone and phenacetin, 0.02 g each of ephedrine hydrochloride and phenobarbital, 0.004 g of belladonna extract, and 0.0001 g of the alkaloid cytisine. It is used in the treatment and prophylaxis of bronchial asthma.
