Contractors are this morning (Thursday, August 22) working on repairing
traffic lights at Chester's Sainsbury's roundabout
In the US capital alone, about 1,000 intersections are linked to the
Traffic Light Information function.
The main roundabouts that will get
traffic lights include the Seeb, Qurm and Amerat areas.
"We're really sorry for any inconvenience, but we will be using two-way
traffic lights as we work to keep our teams and other road users safe.

A spokesman for Sefton Council said: "An unavoidable consequence of carriageway improvement works on both Eastbank Street and Tulketh Street has meant that some damage was caused to

Out of this number, only one - SSNIT
traffic lights - is functioning, while the MTN Regional Office
traffic light is now a complete death-trap.
