Tsalka

 

an urban-type settlement and the administrative center of Tsalka Raion, Georgian SSR. Tsalka is located near the Tsalka Reservoir, 84 km west of the city of Marneuli. Industry includes a creamery, branches of the S. M. Kirov Tbilisi Machine Tool Plant and the Isani Footwear Factory, and a proving ground for reinforced-concrete products. Tsalka has an agricultural technicum.

Addressing the event, the Polish Ambassador Marek Tsalka said that the festival aims to increase interest in Polish cinema in Azerbaijan.

The Ambassador of Poland to Azerbaijan Marek Tsalka noted the importance of holding this festival, stressing that the festival will contribute to the development and strengthening of relations between Azerbaijan and the EU countries.
