where [V.sub.peak] is the peak voltage of the signal at the input of the view of the Y-stage
voltage multiplier circuits and [V.sub.on] is the turn-on voltage of the diode.
CW
voltage multiplier is constructed by a cascade of stages with each stage like in Fig.
Figure 1 shows a basic 4-stage Cockcroft-Walton
voltage multiplier circuit.
Also, even if the application requires a larger working frequency, an impedance matching network can be used, without changing the used
voltage multiplier and voltage regulator.
The devices employed for the circuit are OPAMPs (TL082CP), a resistor, capacitors, a diode (D1N4148), and a
voltage multiplier (MLT04GP).
The
voltage multiplier circuit in this design uses zero bias Schottky diode HSMS-2850 from Agilent.
The
voltage multiplier with LLC resonant inverter provides the concept of voltage equalization as shown in the Fig.5.
Circuit Description of The Cockcroft Walton
Voltage Multiplier Dc-Dc Converter:
Transistors [M.sub.3,4] and [M.sub.5,6] are to function as an adder as first proposed by [22] in the use of low
voltage multipliers. Under the correct bias conditions, it follows that [mathematical expression not reproducible], and then given that both [M.sub.1] and [M.sub.2] have the same [v.sub.ds] and each drain current is governed by [mathematical expression not reproducible] and [mathematical expression not reproducible], the total current [I.sub.t] through [M.sub.1] and [M.sub.2] simplifies to [mathematical expression not reproducible] or an equivalent resistance of [mathematical expression not reproducible].
