Red Ring of Death
A general hardware failure in an Xbox 360, which is signaled by three of the four LED quadrants flashing red. In 2007, Microsoft acknowledged the high rate of problems and extended a three-year warranty to users experiencing the failure. See Black Screen of Death and Blue Screen of Death. |
