Zhetybai

Zhetybai
an urban-type settlement in Mangyshlak Oblast, Kazakh SSR. It is situated on the Mangyshlak Peninsula, 15 km from the Zhetybai railroad station on the Makat-Novyi Uzen’ line. Population, 13,000 (1970). Petroleum is extracted here.
