ICRA has assigned an IPO Grade 3 indicating average fundamentals to the proposed initial public offering of
Acropetal Technologies Limited (ATL).
Vascular connection between buds and root cutting of Esenbeckia febrifuga was established by an
acropetal and basipetal differentiation of vascular tissues as observed in Machaerium stipitatum (Hayashi et al.
Isso significa que a capacidade de mobilizacao de acucares soluveis e maior na porcao apical dos ramos e pode estar ligada com o mecanismo
acropetal de brotacao.

acropetalLeaves spirally arranged, laminas 0.7-5.0(7.0) cm long, 1.7-3.6 (5.5) cm wide, ovate to widely ovate, or ovate-elliptic, at times shallowly 3- 5-lobulate, thin, flat, apices broadly obtuse to rounded, bases rounded to subcordate, margins later shallowly dentate-mucronate with tooth sides concave at times, glandular protruding, adaxial surface stellatepubescent, some stellate rays longer and
acropetal, abaxial surface densely stellate-tomentose not obscuring surface; adaxial surface with finest veins scarlet or reddish, visible at surface, with abovesurface scarlet or reddish accretions below stellate trichomes; petioles 0.5-1.5 cm long, 1.0-2.0 mm wide, glandular-prominent and tomentulose; stipules 3.5-11 mm long, 0.2-0.9 mm wide, linear-triangular to narrowly triangular.
This would be the expected result if boll retention at FS 1 were needed to establish the sympodia as a strong reproductive sink for
acropetal transport.
The amount of nutrients that each mother plant received was very small compared to the nutrient patch; we doubt that there was any significant
acropetal nutrient transport from the mother plant towards the rhizome tip that may have interfered with local foraging responses.

French (1984) found that the three subgenus Equisetum species he studied had uninterrupted meristems "charactersized by
acropetal internode maturation".
Evaluation of the frequency distribution of the size of the central vascular bundles along the rachis reveal that the average size of central vascular bundles declined in an
acropetal fashion and there was a net reduction to the tune of 94.9 percent in its quantum by the time it entered the terminal internode (internode 19) as compared to the base of the ear (position 0).
