PASH of the breast is a rare benign proliferation of mesenchymal stromal cells with irregular slit-like formations resembling
angiomatous structures that are similar to vascular spaces.
In our observation, the immunohistochemistry examination of the tumor confirmed the cutaneous
angiomatous nature of the lesion by the use of specific markers (CD31, CD34, and AC Antifactor VIII), thus ruling out cutaneous metastases diagnosis [12].

The tumor may contain high-, iso-, and low-attenuating areas, reflecting the
angiomatous, sclerosing, and cystic components, respectively.
A differential diagnosis of fungiform papilloma, inverting papilloma, and
angiomatous polyp was considered.
