In summary, doping PEDOT:PSS with EG and Triton is an effective method to improve the conductivity of PEDOT:PSS films and at the same time there is great influence of the annealing temperature on the final film properties.
The absorption edge of the ZnS/SnS films shifts to longer wavelengths with increasing annealing temperature. After annealing at 460[degrees]C, the transmittance spectra show bending in the region of 750-900 nm.
It is found that the phase composition strongly depends on the annealing temperatures. With the increase of annealing temperature, the quality of titanium oxide changed from amorphous to rutile phase.
When the annealing temperature was increased to 500[degrees]C, the plateau was more clearly exhibited and indicated a phase transition of crystalline LiNi[O.sub.2] [11, 12]; the discharge capacity, however, did not increase.
Parameter Value Loading temperature 500[degrees]C Annealing temperature 850[degrees]C Time lhour Table 5: A process parameter of the photolithography process of polysilicon.
The measured scratch depths were used to determine the time dependence of the scratch depths at constant annealing temperature, results of which are shown in Fig.
Comparing the percentage of false-positive detection and true-positive detection of SABER at different terminator concentrations (A) and annealing temperatures (B).
Gradient PCR with an annealing temperature range of 50-70[degrees]C was used to determine the highest annealing temperature possible for optimal product formation and primer specificity.
The casting had not yet reached annealing temperature, and the presence of tie bars and large diameter vents with backdraft contributed to the problem when the cope was removed.
