One of the developments occurring in the UK, perhaps partly as a reaction to the rise of parapsychology and psychical research, is the growth of
anomalistic psychology.
Parapsychology, admittedly under the title of
anomalistic psychology, has also made it onto the preuniversity psychology syllabus in the UK too, and is now available as an option to tens of thousands of 16-18 year-old psychology students each year.
