Treatment of JMG was adopted from adult patients and includes
anticholinesterase drugs, steroids, immunosuppressants, plasmapheresis, IVIG, and thymectomy.
It has previously been shown that the
anticholinesterase activity of cisatracurium (Bornia et al., 2011; Pereira et al., 2012) plays a key role in [TOF.sub.fade] and Fade caused by this agent, since the mechanisms that regulate acetylcholine release via presynaptic muscarinic and adenosine receptors are differently affected by TOF and tetanic stimulations conditions (Bornia et al., 2011; Pereira et al., 2012).
After surgery, patients were transferred to the intensive care unit for elective overnight ventilation; midazolam and fentanyl infusions were discontinued early morning of the following day, no
anticholinesterase drugs were added, and patients received their normal myasthenic therapy via the nasogastric tube.

The present study investigated the antiproliferative and
anticholinesterase activities of 11 extracts from 5 Brazilian Annonaceae plants in vitro.
The results showed that diazinon has a general
anticholinesterase potential.
Avian mortality events in the United States caused by
anticholinesterase pesticides: a retrospective summary of National Wildlife Health Center records from 1980 to 2000.
Pralidoxime (2-PAM) reactivates cholinesterase that has been inactivated by organophosphate pesticides and chemicals with
anticholinesterase activity, thereby relieving the paralysis of the muscles of respiration.
On the basis of above findings, in the present study we report the synthesis and biological evaluation of some novel dithiocarbamate derivatives as probable
anticholinesterase and antimicrobial agents.

Group II--Con-Pyrido: wild-type C57BL/6j were injected with vehicle as a control (Con) and treated with 30 mg/kg pyridostigmine bromide (Pyrido), an
anticholinesterase agent, dissolved in tap water, for 30 days from the 5th to the 6th month of observation;
