Sb2S5 An orange-yellow powder; soluble in alkali, soluble in concentrated hydrochloric acid, with hydrogen sulfide as a by-product, and insoluble in water; used as a red pigment. Also known as antimony persulfide; antimony red; golden antimony sulfide.
