[′bel‚tīp mə′näm·əd·ər] (engineering)
A differential pressure gage in which one pressure input is fed into an inverted cuplike container floating in liquid, and the other pressure input presses down upon the top of the container so that its level in the liquid is the measure of differential pressure.
