Typically, the neutral
blocking capacitor only has to be rated for 15 kV and a few hundred amps.
In order to verify the influence of
blocking capacitor [C.sub.bypass] on the transfer characteristics, a co-simulation based on HFSS 13.0 and ADS 2011 is adopted.
