The method is, however, shown to be sensitive to process variation in the values of R and C used in the Wien bridge oscillator. This can be mitigated by establishing a priori knowledge of the R and C process corners through measurement and recalibrating the nominal test values of [f.sub.0] and [V.sub.pp] accordingly without loss of test coverage.
