Detailed search on MEDLINE could not find any such case with simultaneous occurrence of multiple extraconal orbital and conjunctival
cavernous haemangioma reported earlier in the literature.
Present case, it looks like second pattern where large dilated and congested blood vessels simulating
cavernous haemangioma are noticed.

Cavernous haemangioma usually arise from the lateral nasal wall and have similar presentation like that of the capillary counterpart.
