If your lines were drawn out to locate a
center punch location, getting the punch right at the intersection of the lines is a matter of skill and good eyesight.
We extracted and analyzed the folates of DSS (50 [micro]L)
center punches (n = 15) from each of two sera and noted reasonably consistent within-assay folate concentrations (CV <10%).
Align your screw holes perfectly with a
center punch or a Vix bit (see Buyer's Guide).
