SEM cross section of all coatings showed a
columnar structure as shown in Fig.
The coatings have a
columnar structure, which is similar with previous studies.
In the Cu-1.7% Fe condensates, a large proportion of the crystals have the
columnar structure with fully fragmented twins, oriented in the direction normal to their growth <111>(Figure 2b).
The
columnar structure may be due to the direction of the stream of plasma from the target nonperpendicular to the substrate [11].
1 is different from the
columnar structure of acrotretoid brachiopod shells (Williams & Holmer 1992), as well as from that of Mickwitzia shells (Skovsted & Holmer 2003), where columns penetrate initially organic-rich layers.
Both prismatic and
columnar structure types refer to aggregates that are taller than they are wide.
Using the Welsh system must take the
columnar structure of such basis importance, even easier to understand.
The vein filling has a massive to roughly
columnar structure, and when cavities are present, a few crystal forms are developed.
If this is seen as a model, both the monumental
columnar structure and the rotunda immediately yield much deeper resonances.
