convection modulus

[kən′vek·shən ‚mäj·ə·ləs]
(fluid mechanics)
An intrinsic property of a fluid which is important in determining the Nusselt number, equal to the acceleration of gravity times the volume coefficient of thermal expansion divided by the product of the kinematic viscosity and the thermal diffusivity.
