The building was modelled using concrete blockwork walls which used an External Insulation Finishing System (EIFS), a concrete slab floor insulated above and a concrete deck roof insulated above.
The structure is comprised of 85-percent warehouse space and 15-percent office space and includes multiple drive-in doors and loading docks, is fully-sprinkled, and features a 20-foot ceilings and metal deck roof.
