dehorned has been given an antidote to the tranquilizer, and is starting to come round.
"With all 16 rhinos safely captured in South Africa and transported over 700 km across an international border,
dehorned and safely released into prime habitat, the second and most arduous phase of monitoring and security has begun," Reilly said.
Antler blood collected when antler is cut, is called
dehorned blood, and has been used to promote health in Asia for thousands of years, but studies have shown that there is no difference between
