The utilization of enzyme inhibitors
dicyandiamide and N-(n-butyl) thiophosphoric triamide does not change the contents of soil microbial phosphorus, regardless of being applied along with either mineral or organic source of nutrients.
BFTDA was obtained via a low-cost one-pot 2 + 3 cycloaddition of
dicyandiamide on nitrile groups (Scheme 1) with simple purification steps and high yield (90%).
Herein, we for the first time developed a bottom-up strategy to synthesize g-[C.sub.3][N.sub.4] photocatalysts with improved optical property and chemical structure through using disordered
dicyandiamide (D-DCDA) as reaction precursor.
Dicyandiamide, or DCD, is added to pastures to reduce the amount of greenhouse gases emitted by dairy herds.
Comparison of the effectiveness of a nitrification inhibitor,
dicyandiamide, in reducing nitrous oxide emissions in four different soils under different climatic and management conditions.
Chemicals used were PAE CA 1920 (Ashland Water Technologies, Wilmington, Delaware), urea,
dicyandiamide, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), and 1,2-propanediol (propylene glycol; Sigma-Aldrich, St.

Dicyandiamide Epoxide Reaction." Macromolecules, 24 360-369 (1991)
Besides, they all required the use of
dicyandiamide, which is not always available and also has very limited solubility.
It trades in 25 types of chemicals, including citric acid, phosphoric acid, paraffin wax and
dicyandiamide. The company has marketing offices in China, from where it procures the majority of its supplies.
Mkhabela MS, Gordon R, Burton D, Madani A, Hart W (2006) Effect of lime,
dicyandiamide and soil water content on ammonia and nitrous oxide emissions following application of liquid hog manure to a marshland soil.
These chemicals are typically combined with a catalyst (
dicyandiamide, aliphatic diamines or aromatic amines) at an elevated temperature to initiate the reaction.
